Math Question!

Read:

There are 8 bags.
In each bag, there are 10 coins.
So there are 80 coins altogether.
But, out of these 8 bags, there is 1 bag which contains fake coins.
Presume, a real coin weighs 1.0 g. A fake coin weighs 0.9 g. (means there is 0.1 g difference)

Given that there is a weighing scale.
Question: How many times do I need to weigh to find out which bag contains the fake coins? (which means the max number of times is 7 since there are 8 bags)

If you know the answer, tell me you know it but don't tell me how you get to your answer yet!

The nice cabbie offered me chewing gums. "Can't find these in Singapore", he said. I obediently took 1, slipping it into my pocket. Popped it into my mouth only when I am home. Haha.
