Saturday
Morning:
2 cheese man tou (you know the bun we eat for kou rou bao?) yeah, those kinda man tou, but instead of meat, my mum put cheese and steamed them. So the cheese is kinda melted. Yummy.
Lunch:
Buffet-kind of food. I had too much of fried stuff, more than the normal amount I would take.
Tea Break:
1 cheese man tou
*I went to sleep*
*and was woken up for dinner*
Dinner:
Fried fish (salmon) bee hoon. My mum cooked it. Took 3 big slices of fried salmon.
Post-dinner:
Opened a big packet of chips and ate half of it.
1 cup of yoghurt drink
1 cup of fresh orange juice
1 bowl of gui ling gao
And I was feeling queasy after that. Kept smelling the salmon smell.
Sunday
Woke up feeling very pukish. Like something was stuck in my chest. Felt very cold too. My joints or rather bones were aching.
I puked. Could smell the salmon. Eeeww..But felt better after puking.
Was lying down the whole of today. Till my head was flattened. Felt very weak. Did not have a proper meal the entire day, cos I was real afraid that I might puke again, and cos I have also lost my appetite. Everything fried or oily looks ultra disgusting.
Struggled to finish 1 slice of bread. Only began to eat some biscuits in the later part of the day, so that my gastric will not come.
My joints are still aching, and I am deciding whether I should take an mc tomorrow.
The power of indigestion. Once bitten, twice scared. Why didn't I learn?
Some years back, I had this very bad stomach flu, where the stomach will hurt like mad and you will just puke and puke and puke.
A year ago, I had too much vodka and just puked and puked and puked. Till all that comes out is water and nothing else.
When will I learn?
