Lunch Date!

Lunch today was with Daphne! Headed down to Queensway Shopping Centre, for a quick shop of running shoes. Bought nothing. But I really need a new pair of shoes!

Daphne - thanks for the discs! Will listen to them over the looooong weekend and do remember to watch those Sex and the City episodes!

Roti prata to me, seems just like a big piece of dough, nothing more to it. Oily too. I don't crave for roti prata, as I was telling Dap last night over our late dinner. I used to like it when I was young, just like I used to think that the mee soto selling at farrer hawker centre is one of the best that I have ever tasted.

It's rather sad, to know that women, mostly, are battling and worrying about weight gain, throughout their entire lives. And I am just one of them, too.

Tried 2.4km on the treadmill last night, with an astonishing speed of 9km/h (yes, it isn't fast I know, but for someone who always stick to a speed of ~6.5km/h). Haven't run so fast for years. And so, we will stick to our twice-a-weekly routine right?

I appreciate those little gestures when we take turns to call each other while we walk home alone each time we part, just to ensure the safety of one another.

And Shireen, I think you are right. It is possible to have a good balance between friends, family and a boyfriend.

I am willing to spend quality time with you, but are you willing to?
